There was eight of us and the tour guide didn't come with us after we told her that we were first timers. I gave this place a shot and it did not disappoint, the staff just needs to be more organized and I wish that the trip covered a longer distance. I'm sure they would not have charged us for going over, but the float only lasted an hour and a half, even with our group going very, very slowly, and stopping to play in the falls for a bit.

My biggest issue was that between paying, loading the kayaks, and waiting for the lost one, we spent two full hours (out of the four we payed for).

However, that driver was unaware and thus we were left stranded at the river without a kayak for 30 minutes. Ben allowed us to still pay the groupon price, which was very kind.Īn issue occurred when all 13 kayaks could not fit on one trailer, so one was sent with a separate bus. When I arrived at the location, I found it like the other reviewers had: kayaks strewn about and rusted workout equipment that has been left outside.
